Arts Roundtables

The Arts Council hosts bi-monthly meetings which provide for learning and networking opportunities for those living and working in the arts community.  The two roundtables are: Large Arts Organizations Executive Directors and Small/Mid-sized Arts Organizations Executive Directors.  These consist of Executive Directors from arts organizations and are broken up based on annual budget size.  Further requirements in these groups include being a registered 501(c)3 and being an established part of the Kansas City arts community.  Members attend quarterly meetings where they discuss the overall health of the arts community, possible partnerships and long term goals for the city as a whole.

The Advocacy Council is a group which consists of artists, staff members of various arts organizations, and community leaders.  We meet quarterly to discuss issues surrounding the arts and plans for growth of the arts community.  Click here for more information about Advocacy.
