The Arts Council of Metropolitan Kansas City wants to help you have a fun and successful ArtsKC Fund Campaign! The many resources below will help you as you plan your 2012 Campaign.

Arts Volunteer Week

Encourage your associates to sign up for this community wide service event that connects volunteers with nonprofit arts organizations to address their needs through special projects and events.  pdf version
Brochure (2011) Save time and trees by sending the full color 2012 ArtsKC Fund brochure to your employees via e-mail. 

Creative Campaign Ideas Make your Campaign fun, educational and entertaining with great ideas from local and national Employee Campaign Managers (ECM).

Donation Results (2011)

Support of the 2011 ArtsKC Fund Campaign helped the Arts Council raise a total of $399,655.41 for our local arts organizations, artists, and arts programs.  Thank you for your support of the 2012 Campaign.  Our goal is to raise $420,000 this year through workplace giving, corporate, foundation and individual giving. 
ECM End of Campaign Report
 
This ECM End of Campaign report must be turned in with your company's pledge forms and payments at the conclusion of your Campaign - deadline June 15th.
Exhibit Artwork Created by Your Employees "Corporate Challenge of the Arts"....the Art@Work program is an Arts Council sponsored competition designed to promote and acknowledge the amazing talents of your employees by exhibiting their artwork in your office and ultimately having them compete against employees from other companies for "Best in Show" awards. Guaranteed to build employee morale and stimulate creative thinking, for information and to get started, contact program manager, Kelly Seward, at 816-994-9226 or Seward@ArtsKC.org. *Program fees apply for non-Arts Council members.

Order Form for Promotional Items and Tickets Promotional items help you brand your ArtsKC Fund Campaign and are available to purchase and/or borrow. Additionally, many ArtsKC Fund grant recipients have donated tickets for your use during the Campaign. Check out the Talent Ensemble (description below) for details.

Partner with Local Visual Artists A program of the Arts Council, Now Showing provides Kansas City artists the opportunity to exhibit their work in local companies. Now Showing benefits the artist who is exposed to a new audience and also benefits the company by introducing new elements of creativity and inspiration into the workplace. The ArtsKC Fund Workplace Giving Campaign is a great time to start this program in your office!  Pledge Forms Contact Liz Albers to set up your company for online pledge processing. We can track your pledges and provide reports to summarize your campaign's success. This service is available regardless of whether or not you are offering payroll deductions.

Talent Ensemble The ArtsKC Fund Talent Ensemble is a list of grant recipient organizations and other metro area artists that are happy to provide “informances” or performances for your employees during your Campaign. Browse categories in dance, theatre, visual arts and music and easily request their presence at your Campaign events!

Templates No need to recreate the wheel! Template solicitation letters, e-mails, etc. are all written for you to use and make your own.
